• Lead a team of 60 employees delivering turnkey introductions of Nortel latest wireless products in all the markets (EMEA, Asia Pac, North America)
• In charge of introducing Nortel wireless products in Korea in partnership with LGE
• Developed within the team new business expertises to offer Advanced OAM based services to Nortel customers to improve their operational effectiveness (10+ services created leading to significant OPEX reductions)
• Drive trial introduction strategy for the following new Carriers technologies: UMTS, HSDPA/HSUPA, IMS/CMS

In charge of all the pre-Sales strategy, training sales forces, pricing, bid validation for the following products:
• multi $M GPRS mobile IOT packages being sold to operators and infrastructure suppliers to secure their GPRS readiness (EMEA, Greater China and Asia Pac)
• GSM and GPRS trace mobiles allowing the various network optimizations: key accomplishment was redesign of the product line (content and shape) allowing 25% increase in revenues

• In charge of all the pre-Sales strategy, training sales forces, pricing, bid validation for the following products:
• Tangara (CT2 technology), Airspan (OEM product), SAGEM-FPM (OEM product- LMDS technology)
• Management of the partnership with OEM providers, joint marketing worldwide, bid answer and validation.
• Management with SAGEM customers and the factory of the Tangara product end of life

Aug ’97 - Dec ‘98 SAGEM, Zimbabwe Acceptance manager
In charge of managing a team of 20 local engineers and technicians to improve the QoS of a 20 000 subscribers wireless local loop network in order to obtain the final acceptance
