Upon having spent 2 years at the university in France (Aix-en-provence), I first came to Japan in 1990 to study in a Japanese university. Upon graduation, I went back to France and to improve my Japanese abilities, I decided to join a Japanese company in Paris : Fujisankei Group in charge to develop the business activities between France and Japan on various fields. Since 2001, I was appointed in september 2001 in Japan to develop the activities of Groupe Alain Ducasse, its business, its philosophy.
Japan is more than a country where you go only to make business. It is a country to have to get into, to listen and understand to add your values. It is a long term investment as a market.
