I develop the operations of one of the major actors of the world retail trade for more than 13 years with the international one (the Maghreb, the Pacific, Hong-Kong, overseas departments)
Specialized in the development of the business unit strategy in the developing countries as well as in the developed ones, I’m endowed with a solid experience with big international groups as well as with family and private ones for which I functioned in the joint-venture organization. Being pragmatic, I’m gifted with a sense of the result which has always enabled me to acquire along with my different branches direction records on the commercial level as well as on the result ones. The various stores networks of which I had the responsibility throughout my career are variable sizes (of 300 to 10.000m ²). In complement to direct the exploitation of these stores, I have been in charge of the expansion (Hypermarket, Cash & Carry, Supermarket and convenience stores); I carry out research of sites, market research, the viability studies, the business plan as well as the banking files.
