Role: Manage the credit card product portfolio: +280 customers (airlines), increase revenue from 5.8M€ in 2004 to 8.4M€ (planned) in 2006.

- Responsible for the Mediation and Provisioning domain for the EMEA & Latin America regions.
- Experienced team leader for solution deliveries to clients.

Gained international experience by serving clients in Tokyo, Amman, Athens, Paris, Brussels and Madrid.

Responsibilities included the customisation and adaptation of mediation and provisioning products, execution of detailed client requirements analysis and technical supervision of teams to deliver solutions at customer sites around the world: Jordan (MobileCom), Greece (OTE), France (Bouygues Telecom & SFR), Belgium (Mobistar), Japan (Vodafone) and Spain (Vodafone).
Performed all of the following tasks:
- Pre-study analysis & design of mediation and provisioning solutions for all services.
- Calculation of implementation services and software licence fees with commercial department.
- Manage a team of engineers to guarantee timely implementation of all project phases (design, development, tests).
