I am Project Manager in the division of Simulation & Presentation.

I am launching projects mainly for South European customers (Italy, Spain, France) & the Middle East.

As PM, you are sole responsible until final acceptance of the project.

ASCO Industries - HQ located in Zaventem, Belgium with two subsidiaries in Germany & Canada - is one of the main suppliers for Boeing & Airbus & regional jets in terms of slaptracks, flaptracks (wing mechanisms), landing gears, etc.

I was employed as program manager, reporting to the Commercial Director.
As such i was :
-) responsible for the implementation of the contract
-) responsible for budgetary issues ( time & cost)
-) the single communication channel between the customer's organization & mine organization
-) specialized in launching new major projects (like A380)
