Reporting to the CEO - Enterprise Project managed by CEO, objectives are : * To improve Customer Satisfaction (Deliveries performance) * To improve using of ERP tools * To improve Enterprise Processes Management - Project based on 3 main way : * To improve ERP data accuracy (Customer Needs : Order and Forecast, Inventory, work-in-progress, parameters, Bill Of Material) * To improve scheduling processes and Procurement processes * To improve Supplier performance : diagnosis, consulting and development of strategic suppliers - Supply Chain Management and ERP solutions => Implementation of all SCM tools : * Manufacturing and Sales Plan, Master production schedule, Material Requirement Planning, Workshop scheduling : * Sales Forecast accuracy Management * Inventory and Work-in-progress control, Bill Of Material accuracy * EPR parameters accuracy * Logistics Conditions and Agreement with Suppliers * Lean Manufacturing solutions - Team Management : 3 employees : 1 Consultant (CPIM), 1 Engineer, 1 technician - Change Management : * Deployment of the Project with about 100 actors in the flow (Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Shipment, Quality, etc …). Management based on the team work, communication, training and change appropriation * Creation and management of the entity « Supplier Development » : diagnosis, consulting and development of strategic suppliers - Training : * Creation and deployment of Training Sessions : « ERP Précix » », « What is MRP ?», « Inventory Management Tools : Economic batch size and ABC class » * Obtaining financing in collaboration with RH - RESULTS : ON TIME DELIVERIES PERFORMANCE : IMPROVEMENT OF 30 % | |
