Fabien Mahaux

Graduated on 2005 from ISIPCA school with a MST , four-year degree specializing in flavours, with training period in Danone, I've moved in early 2006 in United Kingdom for a job of junior flavourist on the first UK independant flavours company: Aromco Ltd based in Nuthampstead.
This first year in this company and this country have been really challenging and exciting. My principal activity is the development of new flavours for all kind of food application as well as tabacco or animal food. But I'm also Doing some Quality control, applications and sensory analysis work, as Aromco is still a small company where everybody is helping all the department.

I'm looking now actively for a new opportunity in France in a company which will give me the opportunity to developp my expertise and my managing skills and to eventually give me the opportunity to move to a high level of responsability in R&D and management.
