Graduated in 2006 from the Ecole des Mines de Paris, with a major in production systems and logistics, I have had a first job with Essilor Australia from march 2006 to january 2008 as a VIE (International Volunteer for french Companies).
After a successful project of reengineering of the surfacing department that lead to an increase of 25% of productivity, I was promoted as "Continuous Improvement Engineer" in charge of coordinating all the projects of amelioration accross the factory and implementing the Lean 6 Sigma practices.
A strong analytical background, a good knowledge of the tools of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma practices as well as a good experience in data analysis, statistics, Excel and VBA programming, cost evaluation, operations research, give me the skills to perform and achieve great outcomes.
As my VIE ends up in January 08, I am now considering the next steps of my career and wants to get a job that will provide more operationnal responsibilities within a production environnment (such as team leader or department manager).
Outside of work I love theatre, travelling, cooking, boardgames, outdoor activities and extreme sports.
I am looking forward to get to know you better!

As a reengineering project manager, I was in charge of coordinating the implementation of a new layout in a surfacing workshop, as well as increasing the capacity and the productivity of the workstations. The major achievements are a gain of 20% in productivity, a reduction by half of the production downtimes and a multiplication by 3 of the availability of the polishing tools, via a new layout of the toolpicking area.
I also had the opportunity to be a production shift manager, during one month, because of a departure. During this month I was managing a team of 45 process workers. |

Entering the yearly competition of the L'Oreal Ingenius Contest within a team of 3 engineers, I was in charge of the design of a new make up and shampoo production unit for L'Oréal. Thanks to 4 innovative ideas on the layout and the production flow, we designed a factory that was able to run with a production cost 30% lower than the average of the rest of the group.
