- Following a CRM program implementation, operational assistance to the new Customer Service Manager: definition of his role and responsibilities, process audit and optimization.
- Functional scope: Call center, Marketing campaigns management, Sales Force Automation.

Renault Trucks, French truck manufacturer. 5 months assignment. 120 people. 35 million EUR.
- World deployment of a solution managing the new truck sales activity.
- Project management assistance. Preparation and organization of the deployments, with focus on Italy and Turkey: on-site process audit and gap analysis workshops.
- Functional scope: Offers, Sales Orders, Delivery, and Invoicing.

MICHELIN, one of the world’s leading tire manufacturers. 15 months. 100 people. 30 million EUR.
- Implementation of a fleet and contract management program for Michelin Fleet Solution activity.
- Project management assistance. Organization and steering of the deployments in Europe, with focus on the UK: operational assistance to the MFS manager.

CARREFOUR, world leader in Food and Drug Stores (ranked 25th in Fortune Global 500).
- Feasibility study of the merge of all the different internal help desks into one.
- Process audit, target processes and deployment strategy definition, ROI study.

GERFLOR, French manufacturing company in the synthetic floors industry. 6 months
- Implementation of a Sales Force Automation program with the European subsidiaries.
- Process definition workshops leading. Functional specifications drafting.

SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC : LOGOS Project - European Logistics Department
Project management assistance in SAP implementation (for 3 international distribution centres located in France)
- Implementation of the single customer order in SAP. Allows customers to receive goods from different distribution centres at the same time, with one order. (Goods grouping issues)
- Preparation of the Go-Live of two International Distribution Centres, including end-users training from Sales Administration department.
