I obtained a master of science in management at HEC (France's top Business School) and and a degree in International Taxation at the university of Paris II Assas (2002).
This background helped me developing a strong knowledge in both finance and international law and taxation (with internships at Kodak and at Andersen-law firm).
I started as a junior auditor at Ernst & Young, where I spent 2 years (auditing both statutory and consolidated statements of my clients). I then spent 15 months as a consultant the leading independent firm specialising in corporate rescue, restructuring and insolvency, KrollTalbot Hughes (Sale of distressed businesses, Financial modelling and enterprise valuation, Refinancings and negotiations with potential new funding sources)
After spending 2.5 years as Corporate Audit Manager at Amgen (Oct05 to March08), I moved to Belgium to become the Financial & Planning Analysis manager for the Belgium affiliate(since April 2008).
