 Drafted and pilot the supply of tenders ( articles and conditions of contract) in compliance with European law and French private law

 Settled a software " CONTRACTECH" in order to draft and archive the contracts concluded by the enterprise

 Handled cases relative to employment contract, dismissals, and negotiation with unions: draft of the documents.
 In relation with the lawyer in case of prior to litigation or litigation
 Participation to the drawing up of a newsletter informing human resources and financial departments of the advancement relating to the labor law
