20 years banking exprecience in global markets, investment banking and global policy and process management as senior expert and manager delivered a great opportinity to work global and international environment.
Since 2003 I established the Kodex Advisory that created a space to combine my professional hobby and my main activity namely the international management and the culture management that mainly focus on Europe and Central Eastern Europe espacially Hungary in focus.
The Advisory offers services that support business initiations settle and run in successfully, efficiently and effectively with direct analysis and consultation on process management, but also making research, writing business plan, setting up communication and organisation, change management.
In an international business relationship culture diversity management is a succes factor. There we offer consultation and trainings. Furthermore we offer language courses for business man who has a Hungarian relationship and will develop his/her or the staff's language skill.
Besides, strickt business management, Kodex Advisory is heavily involved in cross-border art, monument and cultural heritage management and consultation.

I established the Association of Hungarian Youth and Children in the Netherlands, that I have been chairing and teaching since then. The association is running a Hungarian Weekend School for children of age from 3 up to 18, also the foreing parents has a class. Regularly we organise play-house for theatre, poems, songs, dance and handworks for decoration etc. Every year we organise the Seminars of Bilingual or bicultural eduction together with the London Weekend school. We maintain internation relationship and we are constant participants of event of the European Future Association. Finishing the study of tourist guide, cultural heritage at the ELTE University, I worked as tourist guide in Hungary and the Hungarian culture area in the Carpathian Basin. My task was not only driving the guide, but set up culture tours and programs from A to Z. The tours were ordered by companies, institutes or tourist offices. As a private initiative I established Tourist group of 170 members at the Commercial Bank Hungary (OKHB), with regular tours on foot, drive in hills, towns, caves. Regular tours were organised bi-weekly with all arrangements from planning to guiding by myself. | |
