- solutions validation and detailed design
- level 3-4 troubleshooting
- advanced technical pre-sales support on new technologies
- audit and consulting on specific issues (customer network design assessment, application flow baselining, QoS optimization...)


Technologies include either private IP MPLS networks, as well as IPSec VPNs, with value added services such a QoS management and reporting, electronic payment traffic...
