Being Expatriate in 1 of Arc International's subsidiaries, I am in charge of the Supply Chain. This mission allows me to improve my Management skills along with my knowledge of the Supply Chain.
My goal is to constantly improve the service level of the company in order to increase the sales while reducing/maitaining the expenses.
This task also imvolve the implementation of the Visual Management and 5S.

My mission also includes the improvement of a glassware decorating facility by improving the profitability, yield and overall perfomance.

I am also in charge of the liaison between the Corporate Office and the subsidiary in order to make sure that the various policies are in place and respected.

I was also a steering committee member for an SAP implementation for the SD, MM, WM modules
