After my master degree in mechanical engineering, I worked as a mechanical design engineer and had the change to get to know the production field.
To give a boost to my career, I had part-time studies and got a master in management.
With the experience obtained on the field I worked as a consultant in Project Management for the aerospace industry (EADS) or the automotive industry (Renault) or real estate management - in leading the national asbestos plan for the French Railway (SNCF).
I am currently expatriated in China, where I work for Areva T&D, in Shanghai. We are 5 foreigners and 450 Chinese. I am Project Advisor and I report to the General Manager about the execution of contracts. These contracts are particularly complex since they are international, in consortium and span over a long period (1 year or more) as they include heavy deliveries (most being over 100 tons), installation & commissioning.
