Eric has dedicated his entire career to supporting managers within companies and consulting firms.
He spent his first 18 professional years in international groups, in the luxury goods, electronics, construction and chemical sectors. From recruitment to career mangement, with a phase in intercultural communication, he has participated in complex HR projects for Senior Management for whom he filled the role of ambassador for social matters.
This experience is supplemented by close 10 years of providing individual support to Managers and Executives in major Consulting firms.
Today, his role in excelia in Paris is a further challenge : leading the team of consutants and serving as a spokesperson for the managers we assist and the clients we advise.
