2000 - 2005 : VISTEON

	Project Manager
	Visteon (Rougegoutte France) I was in charge of the project Citroen C4 instrument panels from the quotation to bringing the product into the market. I managed 25 technicians and engineers that developed the parts, manufactured, purchased, defined the quality and followed through financial challengesI launched innovations like perfumes in vent registers and a leather instrument panel with a seamless air bag. The C4 instrument panel has been recognised by specialist newspapers as the “best in class” for its segment.

1995 - 2000 : VISTEON

	Production Manager
	Visteon (Rougegoutte France) I managed and coordinated 400 employees over 2 plants with a turnover of $67M. I implemented TPM and IT systems in production. During my management period the plant was awarded with ISO9001, QS9000, and ISO14000. I was in charge of the creation of a new facility and I implemented all the new equipment. Afterwards, I launched the Peugeot 206 dashboard.
