Target:
Settle ERP for our new facility located in Guangzhou and create new flows and organization methods to improve physical and administrative flow management.
Change ERP system in our Shanghai facility and fit information flow with Sarbane Oxley norms.
In charge of improving the flows between our 2 facilities in China and Europe.
