Wato - www.wato.fr is a service firm, in the medium of the telemarketing, in short. a Center of calls. A this dynamic company, which goes from the front one. Our leitmotiv, “all is possible” and while being based on the talent of our data processing department and new technologies we push back the limits of the service.

In this environment, to conclude my work and my objectives is truly a pleasure. I can fully devote myself to lead enthralling projects of all technological horizons. I have of it almost too much ;-)

I can thus bring true a beneficiation on the company and give him always more cords to his technological arc in order to better satisfy our customers.

I led parmis projects which:

- Migration of the Exchange transport 5.5 worms Lotus Domino 6.5 and development of tools of communication under Lotus Designer.
- Design of the Intranet of the company including/understanding 3 modules of management customers/prospective customers, human stock management and follow-up of the results of production.
- Creation of an architecture networks and software of protection of the company against the intrusions and the antiviruses.
- Design of a space Internet private customer of statistics of the production.
- Development of an architecture high availability for waiters CTI of production and migration of the versions software CTI (Genesys 5.1 to 6.5).
- Integration of Interactive Vocal Waiters with the data bases for the production in incoming call and outgoing.
- Migration of the field Windows NT 4.0 Waiter towards Windows 2003 Waiter and définiton of a policy Activates Directory.

The activity of the company increases considerably and it is for me, the hour of the new responsibilities and that to make reliable an architecture effective but planned for less low activity.

I also take in hand the data processing department and his team, I am ammené to recruit and structure his operation in order to tend towards better a productivity for the team and architecture. That makes the company more reactive.

Dimensioned projects:

- Rebuilding of a network TCP/IP of a park of 120 stations and 20 waiters to optimize the performances.
- Rebuilding of a data base customers and prospective customers of 10 million references on Oracle optimized to increase the performances of research.
- Purchases, installation and configuration of a SAN IBM in RAID to accomodate the DBMS.
- Reconfiguration of a PABX ALCATEL 4400.

It is my first employment, WATO is a young company and with my two colleagues, all is to be made.

- Development of an environment CRM on TeamPOINT (language derived from C++), including/understanding an engine of rise of customer cards, a manager of selection of profile of customer cards and a pallet of tools of follow-up of the production.
- Management of a base of data Oracle CRM for TeamPOINT.
