Currently, I'm working as partnerships and procurement manager (linguistics resources) for a french editing software company based in Nantes (www.visionobjets.com).
Vision Objects is specialized in handwriting recognition software.

I'm working in an international and multicultural context, and my mains achievements are:
- more than 30 projects achieved in 27 countries.
- productivity grew by 4 thanks to the implementation of remote assistance tools
-costs divided by 2.
- multicultural management of an average team of 20 persons per year.

I have also a long experience in banking (HSBC & Credit Agricole)in relation with small and medium size companies as Key Account Manager.

(prospection,negotiation,follow up of each project). up to now more than 30 projects achieved 2-Organize the "cleaning process" of these linguistic resources so that the R&D department be able to incorporate them in their software. That means find people from many nationalities, train and manage them. 3-Look for data base suppliers, negotiate prices & conditions 4-Responsible of the linguistic resources budget
