• Outsourcing all world wide plants and stock warehouses fork-lifts fleets
• Global Sourcing: internationalize PSA logistic suppliers panel, especially in Eastern and Central Europe, Turkey, Asia and South America
• Coordination of communication between Suppliers production, Project managers and Warehouse managers

Main results:
• 75% of final production plants fork-lifts fleets outsourced (15% to 25% cost drop)
• Suppliers panel opened to Eastern Europe, Turkey and China: low cost metallic containers purchases rose from 15% to 45%
• 50% of containers supplied through delegated engineering (coordination between suppliers production and engineering)
