Managed a production site with 200 employees with an output representing representing 12% of the local market. Upgraded the factory's performance allowing a production increase of 35% in 3 years, in an instable political and economical context. Managed an investment programme aiming to ensure a significant increase of the finished goods' quality and a headcount reducing of 50 people. | |
