| The Clextral Group develops technologies and designs processing plants on a turnkey basis for the food and feed industry as well as for specific "high technology" niche markets. Clextral
technology is used throughout the processing lines in many applications, (dosing, mixing, baking, extrusion, drying, and packaging) in 80 countries worldwide. The Group, which has remained small enough for human contacts to be meaningful, is organized around four departments (twinscrew extrusion, dosing pumps, pasta production lines and packaging systems) brought together in three companies (Clextral, Afrem International and Lymac) whose dynamics are intertwined.
In these state-of-the-art technologies, the Group occupies a strategic position in the global food and feed industry and has a strong presence in markets with considerable potential: papermaking specialties, and the chemical, cosmetic and plastic industries.
