Planning Manager The Unilever Frozen Food Europe Business achieved 1 billion € Turnover in 2006 (50 M€ in France). The main brands are Iglo, Knorr, Bird’s Eye and Findus. French business represents 150 SKU over 3 categories: fish, vegetable, meals sourced from 15 suppliers based all over the world. Responsibilities: •Supply Planning – Responsible for stock inventory, deployment planning, supply planning – Managed two people in order to monitore stock level & production planning with 15 factories – Led repacking operations for promotional events for grocery trade market •Demand Planning – Generated and analyzed Sales Forecast for 150 SKU in tons on a monthly bucket – Led a monthly review forecast meeting with head of marketing, sales and finance – Coordinated a multifunctional team in order to launch new frozen products and follow products life cycle •Process & S&OP Manager – Implemented SAP – module APO DP & APO SNP - on the frozen food business instead of DPEE Manugistic for the Demand Planning (2005) and SKEP Dynasis for the supply planning – Key user for SAP APO – Developed new tracking tools and implemented Best Practices for the Unilever planning community Achievements: – Led with success the change management during the SAP installation within Unilever ICF planning team – Increased the sales forecast accuracy (+15%) by improving the existing S&OP process – Achieved a case fill rate (OTIF) of 99,8% in 2005 for the French frozen food market (vs. 97% 2004; 96.5% 2003) Reason for leaving: My wife found a sponsorship in Sydney Australia within Fujitsu as a consultant. | |

Responsible for the Slim.Fast French Supply Chain Slim.Fast was bought by Unilever in 2000. In France, in 2003, it was still a stand alone business that represented 7M€ Turnover and 35 SKU. The Slim.Fast team was composed of 15 people. Responsibilities: – Forecasted sales for France and Belgium, drove stock level and improved case fill rate – Supervised logistic operations : warehousing, distribution and repacking – Monitored and optimized the Supply Chain budget ( 500 000 EUR / year) – Delivered a logistic study on the european stock level for Knorr Soups Achievements: – Led with success the integration of the Slim.Fast Supply Chain within Unilever in 2004 – Spent 2 months in Datchet, UK, to manage the European level of stock – Created the European logistic single page with all KPI Reason for leaving: Once Slim.Fast had been integrated to Unilever, I was given the opportunity of taking a senior position focused on planning. | |
