I have been working as Freelance IT Consultant (Information Technology) since August 2006 for Sword-Services Company, a Multinational Information Technology and Services Company, running a mandate of Project Director, in charge of delivering IT projects and services for a major Telco operator. Previously, I held various IT positions within Philip Morris International, first at the factory as analyst-programmer, and then I joined the sales and marketing organization for Swiss market where I progressively moved from the development to a position of IT manager responsible for the development area and IT infrastructure. Finally I joined the HQ where I was in charge of providing a portfolio of global solutions to the Marketing Research worldwide organization.

The last 10 years have been spent in managerial positions within IT organization. My experience relies on various accountabilities and responsibilities including:
• Management of IT departments (People, Projects Hardware & Software, Operations, Budget CAPEX and OPEX).
• Management and deployment of national and worldwide Information Systems.
• Leading of In-shore and Off-shore teams (Hungary and Lebanon).
• Management of multi-site IT operations, infrastructure, support and services.
• Delivery of customer service to direct clients and indirect customers.
• Recruitment, assessment, development, motivation and management of IT staff (up to 20 people).

During all those years, I developed people management skills and acquire strong communication and negotiation skills. Used to top management exposure, I am comfortable in presentations and stand for project and people. Having spent a significant part of my career in service-oriented businesses touching various business functions (HR, Marketing, Sales) within several industries (Tobacco, Watches, Telco), I seek to creatively solve business issues ensuring optimum client/customer satisfaction. I am fluent in French, Italian and English but my German would need refreshment (spent 2.5 years in Swiss-Germany).

In light of my background but also a willingness to get diversified, I am currently looking to offer my services as Consultant Freelance either in the area of IT as Project Manager, IT Manager or Project Director or to get mandates in area where my profile may be of interest like for example in planning or logistic area. I believe my enthusiasm, drive and planning ability coupled with my communication skills can be an asset for dynamic organization seeking for motivated and committed people.
