What drives me in life: to contribute to the improvement of human relationships
How do I do this?
First of all, helping families in trouble (conflict, divorce) to search together how the members can build together new perspectives, on their own or together; that's my job as a marital and family mediator.

Then, applying the samel logic of cooperative solution building to business issues (contracts, rental agreements, social rights) and hence avoid the length, costs and frustrations of courtyard procedures; this is my job as a business mediator:

Sometimes, I help individual or groups to help them grow through a personnal or professionnal relational difficulty; that's my job as a therapeut and a coach.
Finally, I do sometime take in charge for a limited period of time a team in an organization to help travel a change or crisis journey, or launch a specific project. That's my job as a consultant.
I also work at the development of alternative dispute resolution related networks in french speaking Belgium.
