Deliverables: Achieved an ROI of 5.5 for funded projects & generated 12.9M$ of Variable Cost Productivity in the European P&L (vs. target 9M$).

-Responsible for the Cost of Quality Initiative - Equipments Division - Installed base conformity & upgrades (Target: 1M$ of labor costs savings on upgrades, i.e. 10% of total cost in European ledger).

Deliverables : Improved significantly Customer Satisfaction (decreased Compliance Risks & FMI Past Dues by 20%). Reduced reserves by 650K$ & installation costs, generating 500K$ of Labor cost productivity.

-Six Sigma Trainer & Green - Belt Coaching (Cross-functional continuous Six Sigma methodology deployment).

Deliverables : Coached to completion 6 GEHC Green Belt projects, delivering 3,5 M$ of Variable Cost Productivity in the European P&L. Trained more than 100 Green Belts & received black belt certification.
