Conception and implementation of decision supporting analysis for the profitability of each client, product and sale. Projects realised in close collaboration with Finance, Management and Control Executives, developed in the following fields:
- Managerial Control : elaboration of cost calculation systems and scorecards
- Organisational analysis: process reengineering (sales, logistics, customer relationship, R&D, marketing, etc.); cost reduction;
- Strategy and planning : help with the analysis and the update of market targets (products/clients) and pricing policies according to an accurate image of their profitability; value chain re-engineering; new strategy planning, implementation and control
- Information system management : conception and creation of the databases necessary for the exploitation of the previous analysis ; connection to the existing ERP, automation of the procedures ;

The direct users of these analyses are CEOs, Sales, Production and Finance Chief Executives in various sectors: industry, services, distribution, and healthcare.
