- Objective of the second year: 35 Mio € (+ 9% vs. 2006)
• Presentation of strategic action plan to Top Management
• Creation and setting of a new European liquid organization
• Development of synergies with planning, purchasing, production and finance
• Management of people, geographical areas and prospecting sectors
• Piloting a team of 12 collaborators (5 technical-commercial, 6 administrators sales, 1 telephone marketing)
• Control of the adequacy between results and objectives, readjustments of supports
• Development of the recommendations to the hierarchy
