Improved efficiency through streamlining out dated systems to create simplified design templates for data centre projects and office builds, centralising essential facility building maintenance alarms under single enterprise wide management system.

Initiated and managed migration of EMEA data centre facilities in 52 locations from single supplier agreement to multiple vendor and purpose built facilities over an agressive time scale, succesfully completed ahead of schedule with zero downtime affording the buisness a increase in network relaibility to the customer base.

Repeatedly reduced downtime during essential infrastructure systems which resulted in the delivery of projects within aggressive timescales and the reduction of downtime during power cuts etc to maintain an operational business unit.

Managed the design team to create a new UPS system and backup generation system to support the EMEA data centre. Delivered a bespoke solution that allowed the continuation of the network supporting the customers database resulting in no interruption of service within the company

Implimentation of Large scale audio visual solutions onto the corporate realestate portfolio to enhance branding and impact of the customer experience.

Approached to manage key business project with the main objective to implement AV equipment in the new worldwide headquarters in Manhattan. This involved leading a multidiscipline team of 10 staff to deliver project goals for extensive technical equipment on the 731 Lexington project across 20 floors on 62-storey building. This was successfully delivered within demanding timescales.

EMEA Data Centre Operations Manager
Initially given role of the Support Manager responsible for 60 communication sites, however potential was recognised and given extra responsibility for reviewing the entire company wide infrastructure support.
Investigated and prepared a comprehensive report detailing the proposed renovation required to the support infrastructure including locations and suppliers. Presented findings to the Board and secured a budget of $35m to deliver project.
Established highly skilled project team including mechanical team, electrical team, project managers for each site, legal and real estate to deliver 12 new builds and 40 relocation sites.
Liased with suppliers to negotiate maintenance support reviewed all tenders as part of the selection process.

Ensured appropriate infrastructure was developed to support each site this included dual power systems (N+1) redundancy, UPS and generator backup, gas suppressions and associated systems.
