I began my career 15 years ago.

Attracted by catering, I began studying for a Cookery BEP (technical school certificate).

I enjoyed working in this environment but did not feel quite at ease behind the stove, so I moved on to a technological Baccalaureate, followed by a BTS (vocational training certificate) specialized in Management and Marketing.

After a year in England to improve my English, I joined the Ecole de Savignac, in France, to specialize in Management and develop my communication skills in this outstanding school.

Thanks to my studies and personal choices, I was able to mature in a variety of environments, working in various positions.

By starting at the bottom of the professional ladder, I remain humble with the employees I manage today.

I am completely versatile and adapt quickly to all kinds of situations and change (position, environment, team...)
