R&D Project leader in cheese and butter factory
Following my last training course, I've integrated the R&D service to:
- animate actions plans: Cause of contaminations seeking, Results analysis, Preventive and corrective actions proposal, Transverse management of the operators, Meetings organization, Informative notes and reports writing...
- ensure the industrial validation of a composed fat following a modification of its formulation and its process,
- qualify soft cheeses at a technological level for their transfer on a new cheese factory,
- participate in various R&D works.

2007 : Laiterie du Val d'Ancenis (TERRENA)

R&D Project Leader Cheese and Butter (Training
The Laiterie du Val d'Ancenis is attached to co-operative TERRENA. On its principal site, in Ancenis, it is composed of a cheese factory and a butter factory. For 6 months and within its R&D service, I was in charge of:
- improvation texture of a composed fat: process and formulation (Working on a pilot of thermal echangor on scraped surface using experimental designs) and industrial tests,
- qualification of soft cheeses at a technological level for their transfer on a new cheese factory,
- seeking a fungic source of contamination (tree of causes and corrective actions).
