I have over 7 years' experience in Financial Services at a pan-European level, and Strategy has always been a key element in my roles.
In my first work experience I was in charge of developing and managing consumer surveys to identify the strengths and weaknesses of products, services and communication strategies, as well as new opportunities of development, and to make recommendations for action.
In my second position as Shareholder Relations Manager I developed the company's communications strategy towards shareholders and successfully identified and implemented new ways to improve loyalty. I was also in charge of communicating the corporate results and strategy to shareholders through newsletters and information meetings.
In my current role at Advent, I work closely with Management to develop an events programme in line with the organisation's strategy on key markets, and to convey the corporate message in the most efficient way, thus proving a strong support in achieving corporate goals.
In a future role, I would like to join a Corporate Strategy team. With my business knowledge and skills set, I am confident that I can contribute positively to a company in this kind of role. I have multinational experiences, having worked for American and European companies in both a domestic and international capacity. I am an internationally experienced manager, with a proven record of achievement in strategy, business development, and client and shareholder retention in the Financial Services arena.
