Working in a project-oriented environment, I am performing different project roles:

As a Bid Manager, my role is to define proposals for customer integration project quotation requests.

As a Project Manager, my role is to ensure the implementation of customer integration solutions (up to 50K / 7 persons).

As a Integration Consultant, my role is:
- To provide technical leadership to developers
- To answer RFI’s
- To review business requirements
- To do business analysis
- To design Customer Integration solutions
- To ensure the testing and debugging of the solutions
- To provide integration consulting

I am also mentoring a junior Customer Integration Analyst

Recognized by the company as a major contributor towards the achievement of the CMMI V1.2 for Development Maturity level 3. As a PM, I successfully passed the CMMI Level 3 final assessment interview.
