Damien Concé advises French and international banks, companies and individuals on private banking, estate planning matters.

Damien Concé has contributed articles in French newspaper : LES ECHOS (Corporation supporting cultural heritage ); LES ECHOS and LA GAZETTE DROUAUT (Depreciation of old movable acquired by companies ); in the French financial newspaper AGEFI ACTIF (Commercial cultural companies); in a French magazine GESTION DE FORTUNE (The art market: safety and services ; Bacchus and Tax ; Race Horses Tax Regime ; Art Collection Tax Regime). He gave various interviews to the French financial newspaper AGEFI ACTIF, LA TRIBUNE.
In 2000 and 2001, he organized, in Venice (Italy), a meeting with the University of Paris II and the University of Venice Ca’Foscari on the “cultural heritage definition” and “cultural heritage protection during war”.

Education & Bar Admittance

Damien Concé obtained a Ph. D in Law (Doctorat en Droit) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2000. In 1997, Damien received a postgraduate diploma from the University of Paris II with a specialization in comparative law (D.E.A. de Droit Comparé). In 1995, he graduated (Maîtrise de Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) from the University of Paris II. Damien was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002.
In 1999, he became a lecturer in civil law at the University of Paris II.

He speaks French (mother tongue), English and is fluent in Spanish.
