- Managing all Events sales administration for different type of clients (private; Governmental entities; major companies: British Airways; Balfour Beatty; BskyB; Estee Lauder....)
- Managing telephone sales; enquiries and show-rounds to convert them into profitable confirmed business and to hand over efficiently to the operational team (quotations, contracts, follow-up, invoicing, handling of complaints....)
- Generating and maximising Events revenue (sales / marketing activities; up selling...) from new business leads and existing accounts
