- Recruitment for both SAP and IT Busines Unit
- Writing job profile, searching and evaluating candidates
- hiring junior consultant
- identifying new consultancy missions to propose CMG services to companies

Helping the Commandant

- Handle the budget in order to communicate and to recruit officers
- Chosing external support comp. specialised in brand/HR communication
- Organize and follow the recruitment communication planning
- Help and consulting for the 32 recruitment offices in France, to optimize selection process
- Analysing results (brand image for Navy, officer recuitments realised)
