• In charge of audit on loss making logistic sites: financial and business stake analysis, implementation of management and operational decision-making tools modelling the main processes and their impacts on the P&L. Saving leverage identification, proposal and coordination of the action plans (HR, operational) for the site director and the headquarter.
• Implementation of a Dashboard for the CEO and the country directors: taking part in KPI’s choice (financial and operational KPI), in the data collection and its automation, in the monthly production of the Dashboard and its presentation to the board.
• Taking part in implementation of a site management software AB Value (KN Production Systems), based on the “Activity Based Costing methodology”.
• Taking part in ad-hoc analysis on sites start-up (productivity analysis for customers).

KUEHNE + NAGEL DSIA: IT service provider and IT “headquarter” for Europe:

Management Accountant for all IT Divisions in Europe (Ex-ACR perimeter until March 2006):
• Implementation of a tool to allocate IT costs by site for the budget 2006. Activities identification, choice of KPI, costs drivers and internal pricing strategy, calculation and following of costs.
• Implementation of a standardized IT costs reporting throughout Europe. To give the IT director and the Board a global and exhaustive point of view on all IT Divisions costs and resources. Taking part in the reporting creation, and its monthly production and analysis.
• Taking part in the production of annual Budgets and monthly forecasts for presentation to the Board. Perimeter: KN DSIA and European IT Divisions.

Junior Financial Controller for KN DSIA:
• Taking part in monthly financial reporting, data analysis, monitoring costs/turnover (comparison to budget), and CAPEX analysis.
• Taking part in the implementation of the new accounting software in 2006 (ACON). Setting up of both chart of account and cost centre structure.
