Group Financial Controller - Vietnam

Sector: Architecture and Projects

After a 6-month training in accounting and controlling at the group’s financial headquarter in Paris, I went to the main production unit in Vietnam to assist and then replace the financial controller:
- Prepare budgets & forecasts, provide variance analysis, implement corrective actions
- Follow up production costs, standard prices. Analyse Margins
- Supervise Cash Flow management, negotiate new loans with banks (3 MUSD)
- Supervise physical inventories, evaluate stocks, liaise with external auditors
- Carry out various studies related to production (loss rates, consumption, purchases…)
- Study and analyse new Investments.
- Travel to Hong Kong and Bangkok subsidiaries (reporting, studies…)

Sector: Luxury Goods and Cosmetics

- Reconcile inter-company movements (Payables – Receivables – Cash)
- Consolidate financial data (Cash Flow, Human Resources…)
- Take part in the setting up of Annual Reports for shareholders
