I am a sector consultant within Capgemini Consulting in London and have deep expertise in Workforce Transformation, Change Management, Organisational Design and Performance Management. I have been working as a workstream lead and subject matter expert with a wide range of clients from the public and private sectors.
Before going into consulting I had significant HR experience within a leading global pharmaceutical company, GlaxoSmithKline. I led a team with 4 people and was in charge of improving the recruitment, training, payroll and career management functions within a Belgian manufacturing site. I also delivered a variety of transformation projects encompassing performance management, cost reduction and process re-design.
My key strengths include adapting quickly to new roles, efficiently implementing change projects (including technology), building effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation and working across international cultures.

- I led a communications work stream that looked at enhancing the presentation and co-ordination of internal and external communications issued by the HR department and ensuring greater linkages between the communications channels used.
- I was pivotal in driving this activity towards a successful outcome, i.e.: the launch of newsletter and revamped intranet was very well-received by the client. Claudie received specific congratulations from senior management in the client organisation for her personal contribution. |
