Claire d'Aboville

After working more than 15 years in Human Resources in various countries and across various industries, I took a career break and redefined my personal and professional goals.

I am establishing myself as an Executive Coach, being in the process of becoming accredited by the International Coach Federation.

My career history includes working for large organisations such as Cadbury-Schweppes (Food and Beverages), Dresdner Bank (Banking), Data General and Unisys (IT). In my last role, as a consultant with the Hay Group in London, my client base spread across various industries and various seniority levels within those organisations.

I operate both in French (mother tongue) and English (lived in the UK for more than 10 years). I also have a very solid knowledge of the German language and culture (lived in Germany for 5 years and married to a German).

I was raised in France but spent most of my adult life outside of France. I studied business at Dauphine University in Paris, France, and City University of New-York, USA. I also did advanced studies of English and German as foreign languages, and continuously updated my knowledge in my field of activity.

In addition to raising two children, I take active roles and responsibilities in various fields, for instance as a school Governor and also co-VP of London Dauphine University Alumni. I am also very passionate about having a healthy lifestyle and a balanced life.

I enjoy travelling, reading and various handicrafts.
