Assist the General Manger in safeguarding the continuity of the company’s profit earning capacity as outlined in its objectives and plans.
Responsible for the development of regular information and systematic control within the company.
Measure, analyze, interpret and report the actual performance against objectives and plan for reporting to the General Manager and to Corporate Headquarters.
Analyze and review all necessary information related to analysis of sales, operating expenses and margins for the A.S.E.A.N region (9 countries).
Analyze the profitability of contracts, installed base and maintenance of gross margins.
Initiate and coordinate the various activities connected with the preparation of the budget.
Responsible for the cost structure and for the optimization of pricing policies.
Participate to the reorganization of bioMérieux A.S.E.A.N structure : reorganization of the sales team and the order desk team in Thailand subsidiary, negotiation of the distribution agreement in Thailand, reorganization of two representative offices in Vietnam and in the Philippines, project of opening a new subsidiary in Singapore.
