Analyse and document business requirements, propose initiative solutions, make configurations change to ADP modules (T&A/ individual development/interfaces)
Ensure legislative standards are applied to all orders and help customers to respond to inquiries from Government Agencies (URSSAF) relating to these orders.
Provide recommendations to improve quality, service, and productivity.
Establish and maintain a quality culture within the team. Ensure that documented processes and procedures are understood and are followed.
Assist with individual training for new team members and serve as a resource for less experienced team members.

Diagnostic software malfunctions and working with other members of the Business Operations team and software development groups to identify and resolve problems
