•Sharepoint site set up to follow, coordinate and report projects /skills/expertises to the CIO. ( Chief information Officer )
•Need/availibilty management, cost per projects, projects evaluation.
•Technical architecture, charge and cost validation by project.
2000 - 2003: Data Center Services lead Manager .
•Technical support for SD Paris, Madrid, Franckfurt ( NT, SQL, Web and Notes administration and management )
•Technical research on microsoft products, Assets
•Capital plan (hardware and software purchasing )
•More than 30 servers on line for Production, test and development.
•Global work for Dublin and Madrid.
•Creation of a SLA between SD and DCS for Paris and Dublin.
1998-2000: Global Solution Delivery .
•Technical support for GSD ( NT and Notes administration )
•Software purchasing
•Project workbench support on PWW for all projects ( Training, support and following )
•New softwares research to optimize work.
1998 : CEGETEL ( longue distance ) .
•Benchmark in DENVERS ( Colorado ) to optimize network connections
