My projects are mainly focussed on Commercial Lines and Motor Business.

Project Manager
Eurapco gathers several European Insurance Companies. Their aim is to achieve together projects they cannot set up on their own.

My current projects:

- Marine group: developing a partnership to increase financial and logistical capacities of Partners to do International Marine Insurance.

- Commercial Lines International Desk: European integrated network to provide non-life insurance services to foreign companies operating abroad.

- International Motor Claims handling: management of an international claims handlers network.

- Future of Motor Insurance: Study on threats for current motor insurance business model. This is done in co-operation with Zurich Science and Technology University.

- To be in charge of assisting agencies and of tailoring

- Organized and built a new team during the merger with Azur Assurance-

- Created synergies and motivation within the network –increased the number of protection policies by 146% in 2005, motor policies by 15% in 2006
- Built a specific organization through tough individual relationships with each agent
