As part of the Business Development Department (EBDT) for EAME, I am responsible for innovative projects involving the most advanced polyurethane materials.

From the development of new formulations, the understanding of complex Chemistry and physical parameters, to the study of market trends, this is a very diversified, complete and highly exciting job opportunity, in a multi-cultural environment.

Development of innovative release processes, aimed to improve the olfactory characteristics of fragrances in various kinds of fabric care products, and to enhance their substantivity with time.

Work as a project team, in close collaboration with R & D and leading industrial customers. Technical support for the development of new products and formulations.

Research and development of innovative formulations based on inherently conductive polymers (doped polyaniline. Management of a research project dealing with conductive polyester gelcoats.

Active participation in the laboratory management: organization, management of apprentices, raw materials synthesis…

As part of a group of scientific interest, writing of a technical report on the technology of optical disks (CDs and DVDs), in order to understand the reasons of their ageing and degradation with time.

First laboratory experiments management.

Formulation and development of a new high performance epoxy resin for aerospace, along with its innovative process of application.

Experience in the field of carbon fibre reinforced polymer composites. Management of a research program. Work in collaboration with marketing people, and in close partnership with leaders in the European aerospace industry.

Modifications of fibre sizes and coatings properties, thanks to the addition of nanoclays.
