I was responsible for all HR activities on Sales Business Unit (sales, trade-marketing, technical, vending & administrative teams). From 2003 to 2005: PARIS Sales BU - 250 employees. From 2001 to 2003: NORTH Sales BU - 140 employees

· Supervise an co-ordinate HR Team’s activities
· Deploy HR & Organizational Projects: sites reorganization announcement, National Redundancy Plan deployment, project pilots delivery.
· Provide advice & guidance to managers (management, discipline & grievance initiatives, time working procedures, labour relationships, etc.)
· Manage recruitment & induction processes for all teams including local board members
· Create & deploy Training (corporate and external Plans), lead local training commissions, train teams in management, working legislation & labour relations
· Promote Careers development process through Personal Development Plans creation, annual performance evaluations follow-up, career committees and succession planning delivery
· Ensure respect of Labour and disciplinary legislation
· Manage personnel administration through accurate contractual elements, working time rules, administrative obligations; temporary workers staffing; payroll management with central department
· Guarantee Health & Safety by working closely with all French legal authorities as concerned
