I made most of my work experience in the marketing and customer quality area in the automotive industry both in France and in Portugal. Moreover, I am very familiar with marketing and customer loyalty issues as well as with CRM database tools.

Through all my experiences, I occupied crossfunctional positions, I coordinated projects, I worked in close liaison with dealer networks and with the sales department and also in a bicultural environment.

I speak fluently French, English (TOEIC: 965), Portuguese and I have a working knowledge of German.
