* Managing the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
* Leveraging online recruiting resources and networking to identify and recruit the best candidates.
* Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
* Prescreening candidates and making recommendations. Providing overview of prescreen to hiring managers, along with recommendations for candidate interviews.
* Managing and coordinating all communication with candidates.
* Organizing, leading and documenting post-interview feedback with hiring managers and candidates.
* Maintaining current, accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
* Working closely and maintaining excellent working relations within the Human Resources organization.
* Developing an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as needs dictate.
