Charlotte Olewniczak

I joined the Infrastructure and Public Finance Team last July 2007. The team is part of the Structured Finance Department in the London Branch of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
My job is to prepare the credit applications for projects, and deal with the whole process (from getting all the documents and going through the due diligence until transfering the funds). I am assisting my managers in MLA and participant roles. In addition, I am involved in the marketing, meeting clients and providing them letter of supports.
Due to my background in healthcare, I have written an article in the International Project Finance Review on the French Healthcare market, and am particularly involved in the healthcare sector in the Bank.I have worked on projects in France, the UK, The United Arab Emirates and Canada, covering a wide range of sectors including schools, universities, hospitals and courts.
